Session Fix 0.3.1

Tag: Firefox Extensions, Session FixAdministrator @ 14:14

I’m so sorry, i totally forgot to update a file named chrome manifest. Which means all new translations couldn’t be used at all. I just fixed it and added a new translation in Thai by Lancaster. There were some encoding problems with some other translation, but they are fixed now. There are still some translations that need to be fixed, so if you like to contribute, feel free to email me or post them as comment on this site.

    Hi there!
I’ve just installed your plugin, and I’ve got to say, it rocks!
But thereis a little problem: the pt-BR version is broken, so I’ve had to rename the folders inside the installation, to make the installer look for the en-US files instead.
    Sorry the crappy grammar…

P.S: would be nice if you create a customization to make the dialog box look like IE7’s. I have to simulate ie7 here at work… thanks!

I’d like to see two additional options when closing firefox.

    1. restart and close tabs
    2. restart and save session

Or, how about a check box that is not selected as a default.

Have you thought about my comment above? I have. Similar to the back and forward button of the FF chrome, I can see the right side of these buttons having a restart icon or what have you, thus the left side does the regular close and save session and the right being

    1. close and restart
    2. save session and restart

Why? For those who install extensions, customize the userchrome usercontent, etc.

My extension addresses the casual users, who’s mostly not firm in customizing chrome and will be overstrained by too many options. Although i think you have a good idea and you’ll be free to make your own version of the extension with this kind of new features. The sources are free and you can edit it at will. How to program such an extension is very good documented and you’ll find many many examples on the mozilla addon site.
